How often should I clean my carpets?
Most homes benefit from a hot water extraction clean every 12-18 months, with a low-moisture encapsulation clean in between.
How long does drying take?
Hot water extraction: 6-8 hours.
Encapsulation: 1–2 hours.
Do you move furniture?
We can move small items, but large/heavy furniture should be moved prior to our arrival. What remains we can work around.
Can you remove stains and odours?
Yes - most stains and pet odours can be treated effectively with safe, neutralising solutions. But please note, we can't guarantee complete removal.
Do I need to vacuum before I arrive?
A quick vacuum of larger debris would be helpful, but a thorough vacuum is part of our service - So leave that to us!
How long will the service take?
An average carpet clean can take anywhere between 3-5 hours, however it depends on the size of the job and what's required to get them clean.
